Asylum - Hardship Waiver - VAWA
An immigration evaluation is a mental health assessment that a psychotherapist will provide for an immigration case. Lawyers rely on our immigration evaluations to provide evidence for your case. These evaluations can be the key determinant factor for an immigration case to proceed in the applicant’s favor.
I specialize in Asylum, Hardship, and VAWA cases. Through my assessments, I can bring life to people's stories, hardships, relationships so that each case is real and compelling. My assessments give strengths to court cases to help you have a new opportunity at life. The hardest part is recognizing we can't do this alone and doing something about it. I am here to help.
