About me
I am Bilingual (Spanish speaking) Licensed Clinical Social Worker, CA #87434. I obtained my master’s degree in social work from San Diego State University.
I am a dedicated clinical social worker for over 17 years with experience providing mental health support to individuals, families, and children in various capacities. My background includes forensic social work, working several years with Child Welfare Services. Additionally, I currently provide psychiatric social work treatment at a local correctional facility.
My strengths-based, client centered approach focuses on utilizing optimal psychosocial care to address life’s challenges, depression, anxiety, psychosis, and other mental health symptoms that may cause distress in your life.
I strongly believe in creating a safe space for clients without judgement. Clients are experts in their lives, and I focus on collaborating with my clients to determine their needs, meeting her clients where they need to be. I collaborate my clients to lead them to a better understanding of themselves, have healthier relationships, developing solutions to problems, and assisting with reductions in feeling of distress.
